• Outside Candidate Assessment - By assessing and consulting on candidates already identified by a client we can offer a more cost effective alternative to a full search.
• Internal Team Assessment - Terra Search works with executive management or Board of Directors to assess current team members at staff and board levels.

Property Management Initiative

Property management is an important area of focus and vertical specialization for Terra Search Partners. The firm has executed property management searches at the corporate as well as multi-site level for companies in the multifamily, office/industrial, and retail sectors.

The property management discipline is most typically served by contingent recruiters who do not bring deep industry expertise and/or are not able to invest the time and resources required to source and carefully evaluate each candidate.

Terra Search Partners brings uncommon knowledge to the process both of identifying and assessing candidates. Partner Bill Whitlow brings 30 years of general real estate experience including 10 years at the helm of three different property management companies, while Managing Partner Matt Slepin brings 20 years of real estate experience and deep knowledge of the multifamily sector.
