Our partners are all long time real estate industry professionals each with over twenty years of real estate industry experience prior to starting our search careers. We are national in the scope of our work and West Coast-based. We are headquartered in San Francisco with additional offices in New York, Los Angeles and Seattle.

The mainstay of our business is retained executive search, but we also provide related consulting services to companies and individuals pertaining to leadership issues and careers in the real estate business.

We perform in the nonprofit sector as well, for real estate-oriented affordable housing and community development organizations and community development financial institutions. We also work with philanthropic foundations and nonprofit clients in health and human services as well as education.
