We have cultivated a trusted nationwide network of clients, candidates, colleagues, and contacts through both our experience in executive search and our direct professional experience in the real estate sector.

We work on an exclusive, consultative basis with our clients. We are fully invested in positive outcomes, recognizing not only how we can influence an organization's success but also how our influence can affect an individual's professional path -- responsibilities we do not take lightly.

We typically assign a team of three professionals to each assignment - Partner, Principal, and Project Director. Each of our assignments is Partner led and executed to an extent uncommon in the executive search industry.

For each assignment, we follow a rigorous methodology with four factors remaining constant:

Conviction – We are first and foremost members of the client's team, stewards of the search process. We work collaboratively with the hiring organization to understand its distinct corporate culture, craft a nuanced position profile and to accurately represent the employer and the opportunity to the marketplace. We take "ownership" in managing the process, to ensure a successful and timely result. We do not consider the job done until there is agreement and satisfaction that the best candidate has been found.

Transparency – Our process is clear and well documented including defined timeframes and distinct milestones to evaluate progress. By communicating with our clients throughout every phase of the search we eliminate surprises and ensure we are on target and on track.
