Principal
Based in Washington, D.C., Ally is a Principal in the Affordable Housing and Community Development Practice. With a background in marketing, she leverages her communication skills to identify potential candidates and effectively collaborate with clients to support their organizational needs. In addition to search, Ally contributes to Terra’s overall communication strategy and promotes the Leading Voices in Real Estate Podcast.
Ally first familiarized herself with affordable housing by learning the property management side of the business, spending summers on-site at affordable housing properties in Southern California. Ally then joined the National Housing & Rehabilitation Association, a national trade association of affordable housing and multifamily owners, developers, and professionals. Following, she reinforced membership recruitment efforts and digital marketing at the Urban Land Institute.
Ally is on the young leadership board for the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington. She also sits on committees of the Young Leaders Group of ULI Washington. Additionally, she is a mentor to undergraduate students through the University of Michigan Public Service Intern Program. Ally received her BA in Political Science and History from the University of Michigan.
