Involved in all the details of Terra’s searches, Sheryl coordinates with both our clients and candidates for a seamless experience. She prepares documents for presentations, schedules interviews, and keeps the information flowing between all parties. Additionally, she is an expert user of our database system and ensures timelines and benchmarks are met for all searches.
Sheryl brings many years of experience providing executive support to full life cycle recruitment, focused on C-Suite level searches ranging from Mid-Cap organizations to Fortune 500 companies across multiple industries. Through these experiences, she has been able to develop her customer service, communication, and administrative skills. She also brings technical experience in design, including website creation. Additionally, Sheryl completed her real estate license in the state of Massachusetts through the American Real Estate Academy and was previously a real estate agent.
She studied Music Business at Northeastern University and completed a design certificate at Clark University. Sheryl resides outside of Boston, MA, and enjoys paddle boarding, yoga, music production, and DIY home improvement.
