Terra Helps Build Lincoln Avenue Capital’s Development and Transactions Team
The Terra Search Partners team is pleased to announce the recent completion of our searches to assist Lincoln Avenue Capital (LAC)—one of the nation’s fastest growing affordable housing developers, investors, and operators—in securing multiple roles on their transactions team. Andrew Weil, Jordan Richter, and Francesca Hidalgo join a team of industry veterans and top-tier talent committed to providing individuals and families with quality, affordable homes.
Andrew Weil, Director of Transactions, Workforce Housing
Andrew Weil joins LAC as Director of Transactions, and will be working closely with Lincoln Avenue Capital Co-Founder Eli Bronfman to develop a new workforce housing acquisitions platform. Prior Andrew was Head of Multifamily Acquisitions at Spruce Capital. Previously, he spent six years as an Associate at Starwood Capital where he worked on acquisitions across multifamily, office, and industrial product types. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania.
Jordan Richter, Director of Transactions
Jordan comes to LAC as Director of Transactions with the responsibility to manage the acquisition and redevelopment process of affordable multifamily rental properties. Before joining LAC, he was on the development and acquisitions team at Dominium, a Minnesota-based leading developer and owner of affordable housing with over 30,000 apartments in 21 states. During his time at Dominium, he helped the organization close dozens of deals across the Midwest, Mountain States, and Southeast. Before joining Dominium, Jordan was a Corporate and Institutional Banking Analyst at PNC Financial Services Group. A native of Wisconsin, Jordan received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
Francesca Hidalgo, Transactions Associate
Francesca joins LAC as an Associate on their transactions team to support the evaluation and execution of both property acquisitions and refinancings through the closing of the transaction. Her previous experience includes serving as a Project Manager for Meta Housing, a successful Los Angeles-based developer of affordable housing with more than 6,400 residential units. Francesca started her career in the real estate industry at HR&A Advisors, a national consulting firm that provides services in real estate, economic development, and program design and implementation. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Claremont McKenna College.
