Terra Places Kim Diamond as new MD of Development at Harvest Properties
The Terra Search Partners team is pleased to announce the recent completion of our search to assist Harvest Properties in placing Kim Diamond as Managing Director of Development. In this new role, Kim will be responsible for executing on Harvest’s growing ground-up development business with a focus on entitlements for the 10+ development projects in the Harvest pipeline. Harvest’s current ground-up pipeline represents over 600 units of residential and nearly 2.75 million square feet of new office, life science, and mixed-use space across the Bay Area.
Prior to joining Harvest Properties, Kim was acting as a development advisor as Principal of KDiamond Consulting. She worked for six years at Trumark Urban, eventually becoming Managing Director. Kim is the founder of ev8, a real estate consulting firm, and co-founder of 7×7 Development, a real estate development and investment firm. Previously, Kim spent five years as a Senior Manager at Pulte Homes and six years as a Project Director for Catellus Residential Group. Kim started her career as an Associate in Urban Planning and Community Outreach with Moore Iacofano Goltsman. Kim is active in the Bay Area real estate community, having served as the Chair of the San Francisco District Council of the Urban Land Institute. Kim earned a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning from UCLA and a BA in American Studies from Tufts University.
