Terra Places Managing Director, South Carolina for Wood Partners
The Terra Search Partners team is pleased to announce the recent completion of our search to assist Wood Partners in placing Dennis Jordan as Managing Director, South Carolina. Upon opening a new office in Charleston for the company, Dennis leads all development activities throughout the state. He is responsible for sourcing and conceiving of new multifamily development opportunities, securing financing, and overseeing design and construction.
A Charleston native, Dennis will leverage his strong local connections and market knowledge as he identifies and advances projects throughout South Carolina. Dennis brings a solid multifamily development background to the role, having completed numerous projects while on the Atlanta teams of RangeWater Real Estate and Greystar Real Estate Partners. Dennis graduated from Southern Methodist University and earned his Master’s in Real Estate Development from Clemson University.
