Terra Places SVP & Head of Construction for Ulysses Development
The Terra Search Partners team is pleased to announce the recent completion of our search to assist Ulysses Development Group, a newly established national acquirer and developer of affordable housing, in placing Mark O’Rear as Senior Vice President and Head of Construction. In his new role, Mark will establish and execute the construction discipline within the Ulysses as it builds its pipeline and overall business nationally.
Prior to joining Ulysses Development Group, Mark worked for nearly five years as Vice President of Construction for Mill Creek in Denver, CO. Previously he spent twenty-seven years at Manhattan Construction Company, eventually becoming Senior Vice President for the Oklahoma City Division Manager. He was also a Project Executive for Hanover Company in Denver, Colorado. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from the University of Oklahoma.
