Terra Search Places Vice President at FCP
The Terra Search Partners team is pleased to announce the recent completion of our search to assist FCP in placing Alecia Hill as Vice President. Working out of the company’s Washington, D.C. area headquarters, Alecia is serving as an Assistant Portfolio Manager for FCP’s affordable housing strategy. She is instrumental in building out the firm’s social impact housing platform to incorporate best practices from the rapidly transforming field of impact investing. In addition to portfolio management and strategy, Alecia will evaluate and manage transactions and then oversee the management of those assets.
A graduate of Columbia University, Alecia’s early career was in the arts. After returning to Columbia to earn a Master of Public Administration, Alecia pursued a career in community development. Most recently, Alecia served on the Impact Investing team at Enterprise Community Investment, where she underwrote and led transactions in Opportunity Zones.
