Consult and collaborate with client to understand and define the position and ideal profiles. Learn the organization and culture. Agree to job specifications with client.
• Strategy & Research
Develop a search strategy, including target companies and individuals. Research both inside and outside the box ideas for the campaign.
Terra calls sources and potential candidates in the marketplace. Take seriously role of representing client in the marketplace. Frequent communication throughout search process.
• Interview & Assess
Candidate interviews, in person or via video. Average 90 minute deep dives into each candidate’s background.
• Client Interviews
Deliver detailed written assessment for each candidate to meet. Structure interview process to provide the best understanding of the finalist candidate(s).
Selection/Negotiations/References/Follow up. Terra assists in thinking through selection and job offer. Provide written reference report. Periodic follow up following placement.
